【Rules of Artwork Making & Entry】

1. Contest Theme:  My favorite 300 Tang Poems

2. Choose a poem from the book: Three Hundred Tang Poems and either write or type it on a piece of paper (8.5" x 11" or 11" x 14", any color). On the bottom of the same paper you must also put your group letter, name, and name of your teacher (who instructed you to complete this artwork).

3. On a separate piece of paper (same size), create an artwork (NO words) demonstrating your understanding, feeling, and thoughts on the poem. You may use any traditional drawing media or even make a collage, as long as it is flat on the page (only two-dimensional).

4. Place the two pages next to each other, either top and bottom or side by side. Take a digital photo and save it as a JPEG file (300 DPI, under 2MB).

5.  Take a digital photo of your entry form, and  save it as a JPEG file (300 DPI, under 2MB).

6. Email these 2 JPEG files to:

    info.ecoheartsociety@yahoo.com

7. Before deadline, mail your physical entry form and check which is payable to SVWA (NOT Need physical artwork) to: P. O. Box 611655, San Jose, CA 95131.

【比賽作品製作 & 交件方法】

1. 比赛題目: 我最愛的唐詩300首。

2. 參賽者從唐詩300首一書中, 挑選出一首自己最喜愛的詩。取一張尺寸為8.5 x11”— 11x14”的紙張(顏色不限, 紙張尺寸不得大於11x14) , 把此首詩書寫在這張紙上。書寫的工具不限, 電腦打字也行。書寫的字體、字型和方向(直書或橫書皆可)也不限。此外, 參賽者須在紙張的下方寫上自己的組別、中文姓名和指導老師的姓名。

3. 參賽者取一張尺寸為8.5 x11”— 11x14”的紙張(顏色不限, 紙張尺寸不得大於11x14) , 繪製一幅可闡述自己對此首詩的理解、感受的插畫在這張紙上。繪製的方式、材料(水彩、粉彩、色鉛筆、鋼筆皆可)不限, 剪貼也行,但須是平面,勿做立體。文字絕對不要書寫在插畫上。

4. 參賽者把這兩張紙並排(左右並排或上下並排皆可), 拍照。照片存成300 DPI、小於2MB的JPEG檔案格式。

5. 參賽者填妥報名表後, 把報名表也拍照。照片存成300 DPI、小於2MB的JPEG檔案格式。

6. 參賽者把作品照片和報名表照片兩者一起電郵至收件郵箱: info.ecoheartsociety@yahoo.com 。

7. 參賽者在收件截止前,把報名表原件和報名費寄送至大會: PO Box 611655, San Jose, CA 95161-1655。
